On Saturday and Sunday, the Celje Fairgrounds will roar with activities, adrenaline rides and a vibrant event atmosphere.

The area behind Hall L will host a true spectacle, where the sound of engines, smoke and the energy of the crowd will come together in a non-stop adrenaline experience. NITRO Showdown is coming to AMS!

Moderate adrenaline enthusiasts will be able to visit smaller outdoor courses, experience simulator rides and remote-controlled cars, join us for the reveal of the biggest stars among the steel machines, and meet the idols you usually follow on social media.

We invite you to plan your visit with all the things you want to see and experience in mind.

DREY NITROUS’ NITRO SHOWDOWN

NITRO Showdown will take the classic fair experience to the next level with a dynamic, visually impressive, and action-packed live programme. The programme will run in a continuous rhythm and bring together different disciplines – from drift battles and exhibition runs to stunt performances, FMX (freestyle motocross) action, and appearances by guests from other areas of motorsport, including hill climb, rally, and GT racing. The project is led by Drey Nitrous, a drifter and one of the most recognisable names on the Slovenian automotive scene.

ADRENALINE RUSH DRIFT TAXI RIDES

An unforgettable experience: let professional drivers take you around the outdoor track in full race cars. The ultimate experience for every fan of speed and adrenaline! Feel the power of competitive driving from the passenger seat and enjoy a few minutes of pure adrenaline running through your veins. Rides will be available in legendary BMWs and iconic Japanese drift cars! (paid experience)

DRIFT TAXI VIP EXPERIENCE

In addition to a drift taxi ride in a race car with a professional driver, you will also be able to go backstage, meet the drivers, and see all their cars up close. For enthusiasts who want something extra! (paid experience)

DRIFT COMPETITION

The drift competition will feature invited drivers from the international scene. But beware – the winner will not be chosen by the judges, but by you. Your reaction as the audience, the energy, driving style, and intensity of each performance will decide the winner, creating a direct connection between the drivers and the crowd.

STUNT SHOW AND FMX SHOW - FREESTYLE MOTOCROSS

Professional stunt performers, international riders, and freestyle masters will put on breathtaking shows with motorcycles, quads, and motocross bikes! Drifting, wheelies, jumps, aerial tricks and… a whole lot of madness. See what real stunt action looks like live!

ZAVAROVALNICA SAVA TRAFFIC SAFETY COURSE

Children will step into the role of drivers and learn responsible behaviour in traffic through play. On a course featuring several intersections and traffic signs, they will experience traffic situations under the close supervision of trained professionals — just as a driver would perceive them in real road traffic. REVEAL OF ROK KOSTANJŠEK’S FORD FOCUS RS

We will premiere the completely new design of Rok’s Ford Focus RS, “Floki”. In addition to its new wrap, the car will also receive tuning upgrades that will turn it into an almost true rally car for the road! (Hall K)

Promising young racing driver Martin Grošelj is building a completely new competition car with the help of his family! With the project, they want to spark interest in drift events and show what a small team of passionate people can achieve. RC FUN PARK, RC CAR DRIVING

A large indoor track for pure fun for all generations! Try your hand at driving remote-controlled cars and compete with other visitors. At the event, automotive enthusiasts such as Rok Kostanjšek and other well-known faces from the world of cars, racing and competitions will be there for you to meet in person.
